Our services

Cycle Coaching

We take a modern approach to our training programs and promote the benefits of using power meters to enable us to tailor the training packages to the individual. We have found this targeted and specific approach nets real gains for our athletes.

Weight Loss Coaching

We run a step by step, week by week programme, individually designed, with regular evaluation of progress. No gimmicks, no miraculous promises, no contracts, just the application of a few basic principles, ongoing support, education and motivation.

As with the sports coaching packages, you just pay for the month ahead, no tie ins.
